How we price web projects - and why we publish it

Most studios will not tell you what they charge until you have spent thirty minutes describing your project. We do the opposite. The full grid is below, with ranges that hold for at least eight months out of twelve.

Why we publish our prices

When we started, we played the standard agency game. Discovery call, brief, ballpark, formal quote, negotiation. It wasted everyone's time. Half the calls ended with a polite "we did not have that budget in mind". The other half ended with a quote we could have written before the call.

So we changed the rules. The prices are on the page. The brief still matters. It shapes the scope, not the principle of whether we can work together.

Publishing rates does three things:

Webflow brand sites

We default to Webflow for content-driven brand sites. Three bands depending on scope.

Shopify projects

Three bands as well, depending on how much we touch the theme and the checkout.

Brand identity

We do not lead with identity work, but we take it on when the brand is part of the scope.

We often bundle Light identity with Webflow Studio projects when the brand is unfinished. It saves the back and forth between two studios.

Specialised services

Shorter engagements, often standalone.

All prices excluding VAT, all in EUR, valid for projects delivered in 2026.

How we structure payment

For projects under €25,000, three milestones. Forty percent on signature, thirty percent mid-project, thirty percent on delivery.

For projects above €25,000, four milestones. Twenty-five percent on signature, twenty-five percent at the design freeze, thirty percent at integration, twenty percent on delivery.

We invoice from France. Tax handling is clean. We ship a final project pack with every asset and every login on the day we hand over.

What is included by default

Hosting setup on Webflow or Shopify. Domain wiring. Two rounds of revisions per design milestone. Thirty days of post launch support. Baseline SEO and GEO (JSON-LD, llms.txt, FAQ scaffold). Analytics setup on Plausible or GA4. A final training session if your team will manage the CMS.

What is not included

What we do not do

Hourly billing on full projects. Too unpredictable for the client and too tempting for the studio. Our quotes are fixed by milestone, not by hours.

Projects below €4,000. We are not the right fit. We will gladly point you to a Webflow Expert who does excellent work in that range.

A note on negotiation

We do not negotiate the rate. We do scope projects up or down to land on a number that works. If the budget is fixed, we tell you which parts of the brief we can deliver and which parts we cannot. That conversation is much shorter than the alternative.

If you want a proper number on a specific project, send the brief to bonjour@dellamattia.com. The first reply usually arrives within twenty-four hours, and a call after that.
